• Ideal renter takes it for the whole summer (April/May through September/October)
• Not available over the winter

• This unit accommodates 2 people max, but it's setup for a single renter
• The ideal renter views it as a quiet retreat and recharge space, not a social hub
• The ideal renter is not a work-from-home candidate
