Policies

These policies are subject to change.

• No smoking indoors. Evidence of smoking indoors will result in forfeiture of deposit.
• No illegal drugs allowed on the premises. Evidence of illegal drugs will result in forfeiture of deposit and immediate termination of lease.
• Strong preference for no dogs. Cats are negotiable.
• Guest pets are allowed, but never allowed to roam off leash. Must be leashed or indoors at all times.
• Two primary, permanent occupants only.
• Overnight guests limited to 3 nights.
• No sub-letting or room-mates without owner’s prior approval.
• A garden is available for green thumbs to enjoy.
• Oil and propane fill up prior to departure.
• Long-term renters are responsible for ensuring that oil and propane levels are maintained. Leave the oil and propane levels at the same level as when you moved in.
