Rates

$1255/month including sales tax, but you pay all utilities (electric, propane for cooking, oil for heating, phone/DSL, trash)
If committing to longer than 9 months, rate is $1200/month (no sales tax)
Month-to-month lease
$400 damage and cleaning deposit. Refundable following move-out inspection showing no damage or extra cleaning required (or outstanding electric, oil or propane fills)

$870/month (2 person max) including sales tax, but you pay all utilities (electric, propane for heating, trash self haul)
$825/month for stays longer than 9 months (no sales tax)
Month-to-month lease, except for rentals starting in April, May, or June. In those cases, a 4 month commitment is required.
